PHTPlus: Routes Review

Hello and welcome back to our video series.  I am Bobby Haggard and I am one of the consultants here at TrinSoft. We are continuing to walk through the various pieces of our new software solution called PHTPlus, which is specifically designed for the plating, heat treating, and finishing services companies.

In this video I wanted to specifically talk about Process Routes otherwise known as Routings. I plan to address how they are used within PHTPlus.  Then I want to highlight a few things that make routes in our system unique, including special features, and highlight some of the basic and advanced setup options.  Finally, we will quickly touch on how routings are linked to the orders.

So, let's jump right into PHTPlus and see some of these features and setup options in the sample company.

Okay, so that was a quick look within our PHTPlus demo system.  We saw that routes are the distinct set of steps that are needed to complete a specific process. We highlighted several of the unique features including the ability to add comments per routing step. The user also has the ability to set up step-specific pricing along with advanced setup for time capture, scrap percentages, etc.

We also quickly touched on how routings are linked on orders through the modifier code.

Thank you for taking the time to watch this video! Stay tuned for future videos, and as always, if you have any questions or would like to discuss our solution further, please don’t hesitate to give me a call at (859) 252-6225 or send me a quick email

Thanks again and have a great day!
