Now Offering ActivReporter to Dynamics GP Clients

Empower your organization with friendly, familiar financial report building and hands-on interaction with your datathe way you need it.

TrinSoft is excited to now offer ActivReporter to our Dynamics GP clients.

If you haven’t yet heard of ActivReporter, imagine being able to build a financial report with real-time data within seconds right in Excel. With over 25 built-in sample reports, formatting can be done quickly and easily as you retain all normal Excel functionality, and then distribute those reports from within ActivReporter by email.

Have a lot of time and effort invested in your Management Reporter reports? Pull all of the row definitions straight into ActivReporter with a few clicks, so you are ready to go within moments of installing ActivReporter.

While the speed and ease of building reports with ActivReporter can make you fall in love with Dynamics GP all over again, ActivReporter didn’t earn the #BestReportingToolEver for report building alone.

With ActivReporter, you will be able to see a complete listing of your Chart of Accounts, Journal Entries and Journal Details – filtered, sorted and with the parameters you need to investigate. You can even run a Trial Balance with a single click. And since those entries all render at over 200,000 per second, no database is too big.

Either from ActivReporter or within Excel, you can drill down on the numbers and drill back directly into the Journal Entry Inquiry inside Dynamics GP. But don’t worry – if you want to limit access to certain users, you can do that. If you want those accesses to be different depending on the company, you can do that too.

If you want to know more about ActivReporter, please join us on February 14th for a webinar highlighting some of the core functionality. If you’d like to know more about how ActivReporter could help with the specific needs of your organization, please contact us.
