The COVID-19 concern continues to evolve at a quick pace and TrinSoft’s main concern is the safety of our team, clients and community. We are working hard to stay in touch with current recommendations from the CDC, federal and state authorities.
Yesterday, the Governor has updated his recent executive order and adopted a “Health at Home” policy for all Kentuckians. As a part of this policy, he is now requiring all businesses that are not Life-Sustaining to only operate remotely. This executive order is effective at 8:00 pm on Thursday, March 26. Although TrinSoft is not a direct Life-Sustaining business, we do provide services to keep life-sustaining companies operational. In addition, we are able to provide these services remotely. As a result, we will continue to be available to provide services on a remote basis but will no longer keep our physical office location open. Given the fact that we have been operating 95% remotely for nearly two weeks already, we do not see this as having a significant impact on us and we will continue to be available to provide support or service for your business and information systems as needed.
We have sent out numerous resources via e-mail, Twitter and LinkedIn and we will continue to do so as we come across them. We have also created a COVID-19 general resource page and we will keep it current as we come across things. It can be found here: COVID-19 Resource Center
Our thoughts are with those that have been directly affected by COVID-19. TrinSoft is committed to continuing to support your organization during this time and we thank you for being a loyal client. Please reach out directly if you have any questions or concerns, and if you need support please contact email@example.com.
