According to Zoom product manager, Ester Yoon, Zoom users have increased from 10 million in December 2019 to 200 million last month.
TrinSoft wants to remind you of a few tips to “protect your meetings” when using Zoom:
- Generate a new ID for each meeting – Do not use your default meeting ID
- Create a Waiting Room for all attendees and lock the meeting once all attendees have arrived
- Password protect your meetings to require a password for entering all meetings
- Require the host be present before the meeting begins
