In addition, iSolutions will automatically email invoices and credit memos as they are posted. This ensures customers receive billing and statements on time without manual effort. Surcharge/Convenience Fee Options

iSolutions makes it easy to pass processing costs onto customers when desired. In Business Central’s merchant setup you can enable a convenience fee and define it as a flat amount or percentage on credit card transactions. You also set thresholds (e.g. only apply the fee on invoices above a certain amount) and the GL accounts for fee revenue and offset. With these settings turned on, whenever a customer pays by card (via the portal or Click-to-Pay link), the invoice will automatically include the surcharge.
