TrinSoft Continues its Tradition of Donating 10% of Profits to Charitable Organizations

In 2017 TrinSoft continued its tradition of setting aside 10% of profits for donations. Team members submitted charitable organizations around Central Kentucky and throughout the world for which they had a passion for the cause or were personally involved. Some of the organizations TrinSoft contributed funds to include:

  • The Alzheimer’s Association
  • Christian Flights International
  • Georgetown Stingrays
  • Girls on the Run Central KY
  • Her Knight Dance
  • Lexington Christian Academy
  • Pediatric Cancer Survivor Picnic
  • The Salvation Army

In addition to the financial contributions from the software company, the TrinSoft team dedicated many hours of service to multiple organizations throughout Central Kentucky. TrinSoft’s unique program enables team members to serve in multiple roles for numerous organizations.

The recent 2017 Invoice Workflow Automation Report by PayStream Advisors explores the efficiency and value of invoice workflow automation (IWA) technology. Here are some of the key findings:

  • Many companies have automated or have moved to automate their invoice workflow process, and adoption/interest has grown steadily over the last few years. However, 30 percent of respondents still are not using an Invoice Workflow Automation (IWA) solution.
  • Over half of organizations are using or planning to use an invoice management solution.
  • Top invoice management pain points include manual data entry and manual approval routing.
  • Organizations do not adopt because of a lack of budget and a belief that current processes are working.
  • Most organizations achieve improvements in approval times, employee productivity, and processing costs with IWA software.
