TrinSoft’s COVID-19 Readiness Policy

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on all aspects of our lives. Our main concern is the safety of our team, clients and community.  We are working hard to stay in touch with current recommendations from the CDC, federal and state authorities.

Kentucky has begun reopening under the Governor’s “Healthy at Work” plan.  Details can be found here.  We are following these guidelines and have reopened our Lexington office with limited team members.  We expect to do our part to be sure the reopening process is safe and healthy for everyone involved.  Most of our team is continuing to work remotely, and we are fully capable of providing all our services in this manner. We look forward to getting back to our “new normal” but expect to operate in this current manner throughout the summer.  

We have received numerous inquiries about our solutions that help organizations work remotely.  We are able to demonstrate these and install them at this time.  We have also sent out numerous generic resources via e-mail, Twitter and LinkedIn and have created a COVID-19 general resource page that can be found here:  COVID-19 Resource Center
